Mock Certified Sommelier Exam with Ben Oram

Join Sommelier Ben Oram, on Monday, February 27 at 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Boston Chops, for a Mock Certified Sommelier Exam. Ben will be reviewing the official blind tasting grid of the exam, lead a blind tasting of a white and a red wine, and perform a proper wine service demonstration according to the Court Of Master Sommeliers Certified Sommelier Exam criteria.  For those wanting to stay a bit longer and run through a service demonstration with Ben he's happy to accommodate you. Just bring a bottle of sparkling wine (as cheap as you can find) for you service practice. This seminar is open to both Boston Sommelier Society members and non-members. Seating is limited. Ben Oram is a Member of the Board of the Boston Sommelier Society, is Sommelier in Meritage at the Boston Harbor Hotel and L'Espalier. He holds several awards in wine including the Boston University wine program, WSET Level III, is a Certified Sommelier in the Court of Master Sommelier, and is currently pursuing the Advanced Sommelier Certification.
