This seminar will focus on blind tasting sparkling wines. We will discuss the theory involved, including key elements to deducing origin and assessing quality. Tasting will be blind in our standard format, with guidance and commentary from our presenters. This is particularly intended to help WSET Diploma students prepare for their exam, but anyone who is interested is welcome and encouraged to attend, even if not a WSET student.
