Whether you’ve done the sparkling unit of WSET Diploma or would just like to learn a more technical, rigorous approach to appreciating sparkling wines, there’s a lot to learn by studying and practicing blind tasting this category. Douglas Schulman DWS CWE will provide some written materials and do a brief presentation on what to think about when blind tasting sparkling wines. Then we will taste through a diverse and interesting group of these wines in roughly our usual format, with a bit more guidance.
