Advanced Sommelier Ben Oram will lead a Certified Sommelier Prep on Sunday, July 16, at 11am, at Bar Enza in the Charles Hotel, Harvard Square.

There will be a mock tasting Exam - White and Red. 
Service demonstration. 
If people would like to go through a mock service, please bring a bottle of sparkling wine of your choice. (Time permitting)
