We are happy to announce a Mezcal seminar with Max Murphy, founder of Tozi Imports.
This will be an in depth look at Mezcal and, in particular, the different Agave varietals used to make it. We will taste several different Mezcals, all made with different types of Agave, to understand their different flavor profiles, growing conditions, and life cycles. We will also take a look at the process of making Mezcal, and understand the different choices Master Mezcalaeros have to make. Finally, you will get to try some homemade Mezcal garnishes that come straight from the Palenque in Oaxaca. We hope to see you there!
