For these tastings, each participant is asked to bring a typical wine from an assigned category (whites slightly chilled). People are usually split into two groups. The wines that Group A brings are put into brown bags and tasted blind by Group B, and vice versa. Wines are evaluated on various components, revealed, and discussed.
